Same as last season, Macedonian Vardar will once again meet Croatian champions PPD Zagreb in the first semi-final match of Final 4, which is scheduled for 7th of April at 18:30 (17:30 CET). The second semi-final match, the one between the host team Meshkov Brest and current titleholders, Telekom Veszprem will be played at 21:00 (20:00 CET).

Third place match and final match will be played on 9th of April. Battle for the bronze medal will start at 18:30 (17:00 CET) and final match starts at 21:00 (20:00 CET).
