Slovakian champion, Tatran Presov open  the new season in the regional SEHA South Stream League with away victory against Meshkov Brest 30-28 (16-15 ).

Serbian national team player Milos Dragas left Skopje, after Vardar decides to terminate the contract with right hand player.

Dragas was with team during the preparation period, play on three tournaments, in Struga, Brest and Strasbourg, but fail to impose the new coach Zoran Kastratovic.

Dragas came in Skopje this year as previous coach, Veselin Vujovic decides to strength defense with new player. He helps the team to became Macedonian champion ending three years domination of Metalurg, but usually play just in defense.  

On left back position in team stay Alexey Rastvortsev, Filip Lazarov and Ilija Abutovic, but also could play and Nemanja Pribak and Mite Stoilov.
