But team easily makes big goal advantage, 13-5 in 23 minutes. Strahinja Milic saves 11 balls in first half, and his teammate Zlatko Daskalovski continues in same style, save 9 balls in second.
- I think our performance is good on each game we played so far. I'm especially pleased with our attitude in first 23 minutes when we received only 5 goals. Finally goalkeepers save many balls and have quality support from them. Tonight win more experienced team. Partizan show their quality and was strong opponent, said Zoran Kastratovic, coach od Vardar.
New sign goalkeeper Inaki Malumbres will wait for some other chance to make deby for Vardar, and standard duo Strahinja Milic - Zlatko Daskalovski as usual was in line up. On tribune were also Mitko Stoilov, Vlatko Jovcevski, Gradimir Canevski and Vlado Nedanovski. Guest team came in Skopje without left back Ivan Dimitrievic as he stay home due to illness.
- For us this game is to learn and gain experience. No matter how strange it was, but we lose from more experienced and quality team. I hope we'll celebrate in some of the next matches, like against Lovcen, said Aleksandar Brkovic, coach of Partuzan.
Vardar coach gave chance to all players, especially in second half, but Partizan miss several attacks where if score will reduce to 2-3 goals. In those moments goalkeeper Djordjevic save two fast breaks of Timur Dibirov, but Serbian players didn't manage to score. In last 15 minutes players became more relax and this was evident trough their field playing. Alex Dujshebaev use his opportunities and score six goals in total, and five in second half.
- I am glad that game was without dangerous play. The team needs to mature in the next 2-3 seasons. We miss Dimitrijevic and Maksic and maybe this was critical. Perhaps it would be more interesting for the audience if they play also tonight, said Partizan goalkeeper Srdjan Djordjevic.
In next round Vardar will met Meshkov Brest in Belarus, and Partizan in Belgrade play versus Lovcen.
