Handball players of a junior league of Partizan brothers Jevrem Popovic (16) and Ignjat Popovic (18) died today in a car accident on the Ibar highway.

Handball club Partizan is deeply grieved because the loss of the two boys and announced the week of mourning which will last until Friday and postpone matches in all categories.

Ignjat Popovic as goalkeeper passed through all Partizan selections, and his younger brother, Jevrem was winning the title of the best player in the national league for years. He was also a pioneer of Serbian national team and a player of whom much was expected
