NEXE won for the second time in five days, again in front of home crowd in Osijek. From the start hosts made it clear that they want another three points and it took them just over six minutes to gain solid advantage (5:1) against Bosnian champion. After time-out Borac m:tel players managed to slow down the pace of the game and for the next almost 20 minutes they managed to stay within range of 3-4 goals. However, the last few minutes of the first half NEXE managed to raise their advantage to six goals and that was the margine they took to the halftime. In the next 30 minutes visitors couldn't keep up the rhythm of the game hosts were forcing. The advantage was raising almost every minute and in 42nd minute with the goal from Marin Kružić it was in double digits for the first time (22:12). Until the end it was routine for hosts to achieve second home victory which at the end was with 14 goals difference, the biggest in match.

The best scorer of the home team and in the game was Igor Vujić with 6 goals, while Mijo Tomić scored 5, and Perica Lelić had 10 saves.

For visitors, Duško Hercegovac as the best scorer with 4 goals.

- I congratulate NEXE, whose victory is well deserved. We managed to parry in the first half and after that our key players were tired, while younger who entered the game couldn't keep up the pace. NEXE took advantage of it, they're team with more quality, experience and in better shape than us.

- We knew Borac had problems with injured players, but today they forced us the style of the game with big patience and quality. It wasn't easy for us to keep the concentration in the defense and offense, but I'm pleased that they were able to do it, since it was great test for us.
