SEHA – Gazprom League supports children in Brest
A delegation of the SEHA – Gazprom League and the clubs, participating in the SEHA – Gazprom League Final 4 in Brest, Belarus, visited “Veda”, a state owned center for rehabilitation and correction for children with disabilities on Tuesday. As part of the SEHA – Gazprom League charity programme, they donated TVs, computers, printers, notepads and many other gifts for the children and the institution.
“It is a good and valuable tradition of the SEHA – Gazprom League to include a charity donation in every Final 4 tournament. We do not want to bring only handball to the hosting city, but leave a long-lasting legacy for the future apart from sport. Children are pour future and therefore we are proud to have those charity actions as a part of the Final 4 tournaments,” said Simona Margetic, head of media and communications of the SEHA – Gazprom League, after the visit, adding: “An event like SEHA Gazprom League Final4 has the power to improve the links and cooperation with the hosting cities in a significant way. We are looking forward to have even more of those charity actions in future”, says Margetic.
