Two teams have already booked their
place in Novi Sad but there are three more teams fighting for remaining two
places on SEHA Gazprom South Stream League’s Final Four - Macedonians Vardar
and Metalurg along with Belarus Brest Meshkov.
Here are the current standings:

The first team to begin the battle for vital points is Vardar. They will surely
do their best to take three points from Lovcen in Cetinje on Thursday.
One of the most interesting matches in
the latest part of regular season is clash between Metalurg and Meshkov Brest in
Skopje next Sunday. Belarus team might secure the place in Novi Sad with a win.
In case they do not manage to do it in ‘Boris Trajkovski’ hall, they will have
to beat NEXE in Osijek which will, due to the fact that NEXE is ‘on fire’ with
wins against Macedonian giants, be very hard.
Brest Meshkov will also face Partizan in
the last match on March 18.
Metalurg, coached by Lino Cervar, will
not be able take the an easier way to Novi Sad. They have to wait for the
outcome of the match between Vardar and Meshkov and by that have to take three
points from Presov to ensure the place on Final Four.
Vardar also has to avoid mistakes
against Borac in Banja Luka (March 11) and then four days later they have to
beat CO Zagreb in Skopje (March 15). Only one loss, in case of Metalurg’s two
wins would put Metalurg in front due to a better ‘head-to-head’ score Cervar’s
team has.
Two interesting weeks ahead of us will
answer the question who will we see in Novi Sad from March 11 to March 13!
Tri kola pre kraja regularnog dela
takmičenja u SEHA GAZPROM South Stream Ligi dva učesnika SEHA F4 turnira u
Novom Sadu su već poznata. U novosadskoj hali "SPENS", rukometna publika iz
Srbije i regiona imaće priliku da gleda rukometaše C.O Zagreba i Tatran
Prešova, a za preostala tri mesta se bore makedonski Vardar i Metalurg,
odnosno, beloruski Meškov iz Bresta.

Prvi u borbu za neophodne bodove kreće
makedonski šampion Vardar utakmicom sa Lovćenom na Cetinju šestog marta.
Jako bitan duel, koji bi mogao da donese
i rasplet borbe za F4, igra se u nedelju u Skoplju gde se sastaju Metalurg i
Meškov iz Bresta. Eventualno pobedom, Belorusi bi izborili plasman na turnir
koji će se od 11. do 13. marta održati u Novom Sadu.
Ako u tome ne uspeju, Belorusi će već
dva dana kasnije u Osijeku imati težak zadatak da savladaju Nexe.
Konačno, u poslednjem meču, timu Željka
Babića u goste stiže beogradski Partizan (18.03).
Ni izabranici Line Červara, igrači Metalurga
neće imati ništa lakši put do F4 turnira. Uz očekivanje kiksa Vardara ili
Meškova, skopski tim će morati da donese bodove i sa gostovanja Tatranu u
Prešovu u sredu 12. marta.
Prava na grešku nema ni drugi makedonski
predstavnik Vardar. "Crveno-crni" posle gostovanja na Cetinju, imaju težak
zadatak da odnesu bodove i iz Banjaluke, gde ih čeka Borac u utorak 11. marta,
a četiri dana kasnije, na zatvaranju regularnog dela šampionata, makedonski
predstavnik pred svojim navijačima dočekuje rasterećeni C.O Zagreb (15.3).
Eventualni poraz u jednom od ova tri
duela, uz oba trijumfa Metalurga, doneo bi i isti broj bodova, a Metalurg bi u
tom slučaju bio u prednosti s obzirom na prednost u međusobnim duelima.
Sve u svemu, još mnogo dobrog rukometa i
neizvesnosti pružiće nam naredne dve nedelje u regionalnom takmičenju.
