Gifts for the youngest handball fans
Institute for Health Protection of Children and Youth is, from today, richer for two LCD TVs which will help children make their time spent in hospital look better and less stressful.
The donation was, on behalf of SEHA Gazprom South Stream League, given by SEHA’s director Sinisa Ostoic and HC Vojvodina’s director Milan Djukic.
At the entrance to the hospital SEHA League’s representatives were friendly welcomed by Institute’s staff headed by director Slobodan Grebeldonger.
'First of all, it means a lot to us that you are here. When we add these TVs to our hospital kids will certainly feel more comfortable than before', said Grebeldonger.
'With this donation we would like to show that social responsibility is very important and I hope that children will use these TVs for watching the best handball in the region', added Ostoić.
After visiting the hospital, delegation went to the elementary school Kosta Trifkovic. There they were hanging out with children and have in the end given them handballs and T-Shirts. They were there accompanied by HC Vojvodina’s cadets.
Interesing fact is that Vojvodina’s president was also pupil of the school Kosta Trifkovic. He wished children to become Vojvodina’s and in the end Serbian NT’s players.
'I hope that our visit will inspire and them to play handball. I'm pleased that we can promote handball on this level', concluded Djukic.
