In the battle of the bottom-placed teams Tatran have managed to take revenge against Izvidjac for loss in Ljubuski. Guests were not far away from the premier away victory with home-team's experience deciding the encounter. Izvidjac were 20:16 up but with a big 6:0 series hosts have managed to get back into this one and take a well-deserved win despite of Izvidjac managing to level it once again in final minutes. Josip Sarac was once again leading guests with 8 while Aleksei Peskov netted 6 for hosts with goalkeeper Vadim Brazhnyk playing an important role with 9 saves.

Tatran will on December 10th play an away match in Brest and Izvidjac will 4 days later host NEXE.

Rastislav Trtik, Tatran coach:
I am really glad that in this program called "washing machine" (10 games in 19 days) we've manage to deliver so really good performances. We've proved that in Elverum on Sunday and against Ljubuski today. We've kept up with our tactics. It proves that players are close together and that whole team has a healthy core. In Ljubuski we've lost 3 players in 25 minutes. Today it was a different game, which we've in the end finished with a complete roster. It has significantly influenced the progress of the game as we've managed to put Ljubuski under huge pressure in the end of the match after changing our defensive system. Izvidjac did play tough defense but we've demostrated a bigger will to win this today.    

Lubos Sarpataky, Tatran player:
It was a very tough game. In the first half we've managed to take the lead with Ljubuski turning it around. In the second half we've changed our defense and started dictating the match. Unfortunately, I got injured in the first half, so I could not help my teammates in the second part of the encounter. Anyhow I am glad my teammates managed the end it well. We are pleased with our victory.

Ante Grbavac, Izvidjac CO coach:
I would like to congratulate Tatran on their victory. They were better team on the court. We did not come with a complete roster to Presov. We have a very young team which was today able to stay close for 55 minutes. Result is fine with us. 

Josip Sarac, Izvidac CO player:
We've played a very good game despite of missing four players in our roster. We've made some technical mistakes and did not manage to keep our lead. Congratulations to Tatran but also to our players for delivering an excellent performance in the match.
