If we had to choose a team whose roster went through the most changes this off-season it would surely be Celje. Great games attracted best clubs to shop in Zlatorog and the result is Blaz Janc in Kielce, Vid Poteko in Brest, Miha Zarabec in Kiel as well as departure of some experienced players like Gajic or even captain Luka Zvizej along with defensively important Babarskas, Zabic, Brasilian international Patrianova...
However, Celje has its recognizable style and handball school whose products like Kodrin, Suholeznik, Malus, Groselj and Beciri are slowly becoming central figures for Slovenian giant. They have by them managed to keep some experienced players like Razgor, Mlakar, Lesjak and Mackovsek reinforcing the roster with Luka Mitrovic from Velenje, Spaniard Daniel Dujshebaev who is arriving from Polish Kielce to help Mackovsek and Montenegrin Branko Vujovic. By them they've also managed to acquire former French national team pivot Igor Anic.
All in all, Celje have managed to keep a well-balanced team despite of some big roster changes. They will once again be led by a mix of youth and experience with a constant of Zlatorog being one of the toughest away destinations for any European team. Last year they've missed F4 by a bit and this season Veszprem will not be a part of the League...
