Match schedule for the 7th SEHA - Gazprom League Final 4 is updated, due to host broadcaster and right holder program commitments. Starting times remained the same, but the semi-final pairs switched places on the match agenda.

On Friday, 13th of April, host team Vardar and Meshkov Brest will play the 1st semi-final match starting at 5:45 PM (CET). The 2nd semi-final clash between PPD Zagreb and Celje PL is scheduled for 8:15 PM (CET).

On Sunday, 15th of April, the 3rd place match will be played at 5:45 PM (CET), while the final match is scheduled for 8:15 (CET).
