PPD Zagreb had a very interesting season. They recorded some big wins, like the one against Celje PL away, but also lost to Tatran Presov and Meshkov Brest. They have been in a very good form in the SEHA - Gazprom League since Zlatko Saracevic took over, but the Croatian champions struggled with many injuries and player departures. Zlatko Horvat was even forced to play as a right back at certain times, but the team was still able to come second, only behind Vardar.

PPD Zagreb's opponents are going to be Celje PL. They played twice this season, and both matches were great. PPD Zagreb are making their seventh appearance at the SEHA Final 4, and are looking for their second title!
