What to expect off the court: Top side events highlight the SEHA Final 4
The big spectacle SEHA – Gazprom League Final 4 is just around the corner in Skopje, the European handball capital. A wide range of events is ahead, besides the four matches on Friday and Sunday, after which the 2017/18 winners of the competition is getting crowned.
The action includes many attractions off the court of the Jane Sandanski Arena. All handball fans and spectators can expect a lot of fun and much more.
After last years’ great success at Brest, Belarus, another edition of the Handball Discussion will be held on Thursday, 12th of April, starting on 20:00 CET, broadcasted live on the Facebook account of the SEHA – Gazprom League. Players such as Igor Anic (Celje), coaches like David Davis (Vardar), high ranked representatives of the SEHA – Gazprom League Top and handball media experts will talk about all aspects of the future of handball in the region. On Friday, the day of the semi-finals Vardar vs Meshkov Brest (17:45 CET) and PPD Zagreb vs Celje PL (CET), at 10:00 a.m., a Charity action is scheduled. A suitable donation will be given to J.u. Detski dom Oktomovri, an orphanage in Skopje.
On Saturday, April 14th, players of Vardar, PPD Zagreb, Celje PL and Meshkov Brest will spend time with the youngest handball players - from 13:00 until 13:30 at SC Jane Sandanski. Kids Day will surely be amazing for both the fans and the players.
After the Kids Day, media representatives will play the Journalist Cup. We will see how they cope on the handball court in different roles and if their journalistic knowledge and experience will help them compete.
