PPD Zagreb sign goalkeeper Radivoje Ristanovic
After Arian Jovic found out he will have to undergo ACL surgery, PPD Zagreb decided it was time for them to find a replacement for the young goalie in order to gain depth between posts where they already have promising Slovenian Urh Kastelic and young Croatian goalkeeper Ivan Vekic and their choice is experienced Montenegrin Radivoje Ristanovic.
36-year old Ristanovic played for Partizan, Lovcen and Vojvodina prior to deciding to try himself abroad. He spent some time in three of the strongest handball leagues in Europe playing for Teucro, Ademar Leon and San Antonio in Spain, French Chambery and German Balingen. He also played for Qatari Al-Ahli and Israeli Maccabi.
Ristanovic has some experience playing in the SEHA - Gazprom League, as he recorded 7 appearances during his time with Partizan.
