Universal Children’s Day – SEHA calls it Kids’ Day
Each year on the 20th of November the world is celebrating the Universal Children’s Day. The aim of the day is to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and improve children's welfare.
When thinking about Children’s Day, the first thought that comes to mind to people working for SEHA is Kids’ Day. Traditionally, every year during the SEHA – Gazprom League Final 4 tournament, SEHA is organizing Kids’ Day. It is a Day when kids have the chance to spend some time with their idols, handball players.
Laugh, happiness and fun is guaranteed and the ones who were a part of it were happy to participate. “We are doing this for the children who are maybe the next handball players. Children are our future for which we have to work”, said Timur Dibirov, player of Vardar.
Another player, who was a part of the Kids’ Day in Skopje last season said it’s always nice to hang out with children. “It is always nice to play with them, have fun and to motivate them to train to do some sport, to train handball. I would use this opportunity to invite kids to do sports, to do any kind of activity, not to sit at home in front of computer”, concluded Domagoj Pavlovic, former player of PPD Zagreb.
