I have to congratulate Zeleznicar, they delivered a very good outing today and we on the other side try to give our key players some additional time to rest with an important match scheduled for Monday. This was our last match in SEHA League this season and we hope we’ll be a part of the competition in the next season as well.

Gabriel Florea, Steaua Bucuresti player:
This was our last SEHA match of the season. We played good but our focus is mainly oriented towards our national championship at the moment. 

Veselin Vujovic, Zeleznicar 1949 coach:
I’m happy about this win. We’ve managed to build a solid team here in Nis and the future is looking bright. SEHA matches are, in my opinion, a big challenge and valuable experience for us.

I think we took a well-deserved win in the end today. I’m very happy and proud of my teammates despite of the fact we’re aware Steaua weren’t on their highest possible level in this one due to an important match they have scheduled for Monday.
