After two wins in a row in the regional competition, it is time for Zeleznicar 1949 to face one of the strongest SEHA - Gazprom League teams – PPD Zagreb, in what will be Zeleznicar’ final regional league match of the season. Serbian vice-champions will finally have all players on disposal and ready to play with Miroslav Kocic, their most important winter signing, finally being able to help his new team from between posts. Victories against Metalurg (27:25) and Steaua Bucuresti (31:24) have provided coach Vujovic and his players with a chance to fight for regular season No.7 which would serve as a huge self-confidence booster ahead of Serbian Play-Off. 

This will on the other side be the first of remaining three regular-season games for PPD Zagreb who will try to use those matches in order to prepare in the best possible way for what is waiting for them on the final tournament. 

Match is scheduled for Wednesday (19.00 CET). 

Veselin Vujovic, Zeleznicar 1949 coach: 
We’re in a good position at the moment with our form obviously on the rise but we can say the same for Zagreb as well who were closely defeated against Flensburg – one of the best teams in German Bundesliga as well as against Vardar and who managed to take a point in Szeged – three teams which are all aiming to secure a place for themselves on CL Final4 tournament. Coach Tamse revitalized the team – they are playing much better and are favourites in tomorrow’s match. I expect a good one and of course I expect us to deliver a solid performance in our final SEHA match of the season. 

Predrag Vejin, Zeleznicar 1949 player: 
We’re on Wednesday playing against the biggest handball club from Balkan region with huge history and tradition. They demand respect but we’re in a good situation at the moment and have a good shot at surprising them in this one. I believe we’ll have a great support from our fans and that they’ll enjoy the game. 

Branko Tamse, PPD Zagreb coach: 
Rhythm we’re dealing with at the moment is amazingly difficult but we must not use that as an excuse. We know Nis have a good team, they are having a positive streak and will be fully motivated against us. Our goal is to try to deliver best possible performance and see what it brings us in the end. Win would secure us a place on the final tournament so that should be enough for everyone to find motivation and give their best in this one. 

David Mandic, PPD Zagreb player: 
We’re dealing with a tough schedule and they are on the other side on the rise but we’re going to Nis to win the game. We’ll all without doubt give our best and hopefully it will be enough for us to secure an important win.
