After the Slovakian club announced the signing of Javier Munoz Cabezon from La Rioja, it was confirmed that Rares-Marian Fodorean will wear Tatran Presov's jersey next season. The 202cm tall left back was born in Romania but has grown up in Spain. Fodorean is seen as a big prospect in Slovakian handball after he played very well for Slovakian club HKM Sala. He has signed a 2-year contract with Slovakian champions with an option to extend the deal for another year. He adds even more diversity in Slavko Goluza's squad, as Tatran signed Titouan Afanou-Gatine, Javier Munoz Cabezon, Ognjen Djeric and Nikola Kosteski, along with a couple of Croatian players in recent years.
