After signing Javier Munoz Cabezon from La Rioja and Rares-Marian Fodorean from HKM Sala, Tatran Presov confirmed that David Michalka will also join their team in 2019/20 season.

Michalka is a 22-year old left winger, who is coming from the Slovakian team HK Agro Topolcany. The Slovakian player also played for the U21 national team in the qualifiers for the 2017 World Championship and scored 17 goals in 3 matches. Michalka signed a three-year contract with Tatran Presov, with an option to extend it for another season. This season, the left wing position was reserved for Jakub Hrstka and Martin Stranovsky, which means Michalka will have a very experienced duo to learn from.
