Serbian champions and well-known SEHA face, Vojvodina secured their place in the second qualification round of the EHF Cup as they beat Lovcen twice in the first qualification round. After they secured amazing win in the first leg of the opening round, Vojvodina once again showed incredible team spirit and skills on the court. They were better than Lovcen 41:29 (20:14). 

Besides Metaloplastika, who already secured their place in the second qualification round, Vojvodina will also continue the EHF Cup journey in the next round. They will meet with the Spanish team Abanca Ademar Leon, while Metaloplastika will play against Slovenian team Gorenje Velenje. The first leg of the second qualification round is scheduled for the 5th/6th of October, while the second leg will be played on the 12th/13th of October. 

On the other hand, the EHF Cup adventure has ended for Spartak. The SEHA – Gazprom League newcomers were defeated 29:30 (15:14) in the second leg of the opening round. Because they also lost the first-leg match, Russian gem didn't go through to the next round. 

Besides them, another familiar SEHA face is waiting for the start of their EHF Cup adventure. Croatian vice-champions Nexe will start the competition in the third qualification round.
