For Serbian teams Vojvodina and Metaloplastika this weekend is reserved for EHF Cup adventures. Serbian champions will start their second qualification round journey on Saturday, the 5th of October. They will meet with the Spanish team Abanca Ademar Leon who just entered the competition.

After two big victories against Lovcen in the previous round, Vojvodina are looking to continue their winning streak and to stay in this competition for as long as possible. On that path, their biggest advantage will be the home court and amazing atmosphere in Slana Bara hall this Saturday. After the first leg of this round, Vojvodina will have a week to prepare for the second leg that is scheduled for 12th of October. 

Serbian vice-champions, Metaloplastika will open the second qualification round a day later, on the 6th of October. Their opponents will be ambitious Slovenian team Gorenje Velenje. This will be the first clash for Slovenian team that will just now start this season's EHF Cup journey. Metaloplastika will also play in front of their fans in Zorka hall. The second leg of this round Veselin Vukovic's squad will play on the 13th of October.
