Stas Skube changes his address in SEHA – from Skopje to Brest
After two successful seasons in Vardar's red and black jersey, the national championship, one SEHA – Gazprom League title and one EHF Champions league title, Stas Skube is leaving Skopje. Slovenian was one of the key players in Skopje's gem with 66 goals and 59 assists in 24 SEHA appearances.
Vardar's golden boy leaves Skopje at the end of the season. His next destination, after playing for Slovenian clubs Trimo Trebnje and Gorenje Velenje, Hungarian Pick Szeged and Vardar, will be another club from SEHA – Gazprom League, Meshkov Brest, as it was confirmed on the official website of the Belarusian club. He's joining two other Slovenians, Simon Razgor and Jaka Malus.
He has signed a two-year contract with Meshkov Brest, and he leaves reigning champions Vardar with unforgettable memories and a series of successes that no one will be able to take away from him.
His contribution to all of Vardar's successes made him a player who left a big mark in SEHA – Gazprom League.
''Vardar was much more than just a few good memories! I am so proud that I wore Vardar's jersey for two years and I am extremely proud what we did in last period. I wish Vardar all the best and I hope in the future, club will be on the level which deserves! I will leave Skopje in the summer, but I am sure that our paths will cross again. True love has a habit of coming back!'', he said on Instagram.
