Meshkov did not allow a surprise to happen in Banja Luka. Babić' players have managed to confidently beat Borac with 31:36. Hosts have opened the match well, they were able to stay close to Belarus team until 10 minutes before the break. After that, Vukić and Shumak have combined for 4 consecutive goals taking Meshkov on +7 for the first time (8:15). Until the end of the match guests were able to hold onto goal difference they have created finishing the match with +5. Borac has had a few very good individuals today - Đukić scored 9 goals from 10 attempts, Nikolić 7, Janković 6, Trivundža 5 but it was not enough to celebrate today against such good, quality team like Meshkov. Ljubo Vukić was on the other side Belarus team's MVP with 8 goals, Barau and Špiler have scored 5 goals each.

Fans here in Banja Luka are oustanding, remarkable, I repeat that each time I come here. I hope Borac will, especially because of them, manage to reach financial security as soon as possible, this city really deserves that. Speaking of the match, we've played good 45 minutes but then we stopped. However, win is what matters in the end.

We've proved why we were favorites from the very beginning of the match,  but I have to agree with the coach, we've played only 45 minutes here and we'll have to work on that, we have to remain focused through the whole match. Fans were amazing I have to say that, it's great to play here.

Meshkov have today managed to reach a well deserved win, they were a much better team. In the end we've managed to 'wake up' a bit, or they've 'fallen asleep', I don't know which has allowed us to reduce the goal difference to 'acceptable' -5.

Meshkov have managed to enlarge the goal gap early in the match and it was not hard for them to keep it. They are a better team and they have showed it here today.
