In the beginning of the second half Veszprem have continued with great performance reaching +10 only 15 minutes before the end after Nilsson’ remarkable goal. However, from that moment on, they have slowed up a bit allowing Serbian champions to come a little closer with 2:5 series reaching ‘acceptable’ -5 (31:26).

Antonio Carlos Ortega, MVM MKB Veszprem’s coach:
We’ve started the match good and they’ve finished it that way scoring a few easy goals. Our minds are already on ‘holidays’, we need to rest a bit and I believe we’ll be even better after the winter break.
Kancel Ottó, MVM MKB Veszprem’s player:
My teammates have helped me a lot to become a better player, even in defense. Thanks to my coach for giving me a chance to play in attack, but also in defense tonight.
Miralem Bećirović, Vojvodina’s player:
We have played against one of the best teams in the League. We came here to do our best, and that was enough for this result.
