PPD Zagreb big favorite against Borac m:tel
PPD Zagreb veliki favorit protiv Borca m:tel
PPD Zagreb will, as a part of League's round 17 host Borac from Banja Luka. So far in SEHA GSS League, their mutual score is 7:0 for Croatian champions and anyhting other than 8:0 would be a big surprise, especially because Zagreb need this win in order to stay in race for final tournament. Borac' goal is to run as far as possible away from the bottom and the match against Tatran suggests that it will not be an easy match for tired Croatian champions.
Veselin Vujović, PPD Zagreb's coach:
Borac are playing much better in the second part of the League and win against Tatran clearly proves it. Despite of that, we're aware we're favorites. Our goal is to reach two victories in final two matches - against Borac and Radnički. I hope we'll use it well ahead of matches against Kolding in CL.
Luka Stepančić, PPD Zagreb's player:
We remember how tough it was for us in our first clash this season. Their playmaker Stefan Janković was playing great and we'll have to look after him very carefully but we also have to focus on their other important players like Trivundža and Nikolić. We'd like to win final two matches of the regular part of the season and then play best we can on Final tournament and see what it brings us.
Igor Rađenović, Borac m:tel's coach:
We have to play three matches in eight days and it is really hard for us because we don't have enough players for such tempo in our roster. Younger players will get more chance tomorrow. I hope we'll play a good match.
Mirko Mikić, Borac m:tel's player:
Our expectations are not big. Zagreb are an outstanding team which they have already proved especially in CL. Our goal is to try to play best we can and see what it brings us.
