After two good results in front of home fans against NEXE (25:25) and Vojvodina (24:22), self-confidence of Dinamo went to another dimension. The Serbian vice-champions are currently eighth in the SEHA - Gazprom League with clear vision to give their all until the end of their first season in regional competition.

The first chance will be on Sunday (18.00 CET, EHF TV, TV Arena Sport, Sport TV) against Gorenje Velenje. Slovenians won easily (34:24) in the first match played in September and will be eager to repeat it, after Zeljko Babic’s players only managed to take a point in the last four matches.

Ivan Petkovic, RK Dinamo coach:
This is going to be our fifth match in 17 days. We will try to recover after a match in Skopje, ahead of the match against Slovenians. Our rivals have a well-structured team and the former Croatian national team coach Babic is doing a good job. We want to take the best from every match, to improve and learn, so that is our primary goal. SEHA League matches are more than welcomed in our case. We just want to be fit and ready for the clash. I want to invite our fans to come again and support us against Gorenje.

Dusan Petrovic, RK Dinamo goalkeeper:
The most important thing is that we welcome Gorenje in a full roster after a tough run of matches. If we repeat our defensive performance from the match against Nexe, we can be good rival, maybe we can even surprise them. They are a group of national team players, and they making a small number of technical errors. If we keep our turnovers on the low, our chances will be bigger. Of course, I want to call our fans to be with us once again.

Zeljko Babic, RK Gorenje Velenje coach:
After a tough match and a defeat against Vardar, I expect a good reaction from all our players. I hope that we will show our quality and team spirit. Dinamo has an experienced roster and play very well in defense. That is why we will have to be very careful in offense. That and good defense will be the keys to success. I expect a challenging and interesting match in Pancevo. I believe our players will achieve the victory.
