Trip to Novi Sad was quite long and I’m pleased we delivered a professional performance playing without some of our key players. It is good match ended in a positive way for us.

Dragan Kukic, Vojvodina coach:
It was a match of two completely different teams and that’s reality because Meshkov is a way better team than we are. In the beginning we were able to play well defensively but after that we simply stopped. Our goal was to try and play fast, score some easy goals but there were in the end too many technical mistakes. 

Konstantin Igropulo, Meshkov player:
Good game for us. We started very seriously although we were not so fresh after a long travel and CL match only a few days ago. I’m glad we’ve managed to reach a routine win here and play good in defense.

Milos Grozdanic, Vojvodina player:
Opponent is way more experienced than we are. This was the key today. Meshkov also have quite big rotation, long bench. There were some good periods but we’ve experienced difficulties finding the right attacking solutions.
